Welcome to my website featuring The Sydney Restaurant of Channel Seven's reality telivision programme 'My Reastaurant Rules'. This restaurant is headed by Sydney couple Bella and Evan. The name of the restaurant is Pink Salt (and it really is all in Pink) and the location is Manly. So if you don't watch this show now is the time to start because the elimination process is underway. Vodka cured trout dressed with baby leaves, cucumber, lime & avruga.
Pink salt & pepper squid with mint & chilli dipping sauce.
Zucchini flower and corn fritters with tomato & fennel ragout.
Seared scallops with parmesan, green olives & chorizo salsa.
Duck & pistachio terrine with grilled sourdough.

Mains

Pan fried Tasmanian salmon on tomato- concasse, asparagus & salsa verde.
Chargrilled swordfish on caponata & rocket pesto.
Blue swimmer crab & peas with squid ink parpadelle pasta.
Wagyu beef rump with roasted eschalots, baby spinach & béarnaise.
Slow roasted corn-fed chicken on caramelised kipfler- oyster mushroom confit garlic & fresh herbs.
Pink Salt risotto with green asparagus, snow peas, truffle & tomato coulis.

Desserts

Valhrona chocolat fondant with milk ice cream.
Strawberry & cream pannacotta, balsamic & basil salad.
Fresh berries & crispy “arlette” with lemon verbena ice cream.
Cheese plate with quince paste & lavosh.
Cup cake & dipping sauce.
